2. "MCCA" - The compliance crisis
The maximum credible compliance accident (MCCA) is currently being researched in Munich, where it is gradually being exposed. The researchers’ discoveries paint a pretty negative picture of people who permanently contravene internal compliance regulations. Whether they do so knowingly or unknowingly has yet to be established.
In this context we will also be discussing other aspects and questions relating to compliance:
- How do things stand with compliance and criminal law?
- What value management and what corporate culture should/can be established in order to meet compliance needs?
- What international aspects of corporate compliance must be taken into account under law in German-speaking countries, e.g. the implications of US FCPA / DOJ / SEC / whistleblowing?

3. And the winner is...
In our last newsletter we asked you to tell us what you think about iQ.Suite and to submit your suggestions for improvement. We would like to thank all of you who took part. 4. Tipps & Tricks of iQ.Suite for Lotus Domino: Informing users about filtered e-mails
Our rules-based management is the key to greater efficiency and security in handling e-mails. But sometimes the exception proves the rule - and the same applies to iQ.Suite. That’s why it can be sometimes helpful to set aside a defined iQ.Suite rule or else start a dedicated rule.
