7. iQ.Suite Tip and Tricks for Lotus Domino: iQ.Suite Trailer - how to avoid blank lines
One highlight of our email security solution iQ.Suite Trailer is intelligent text integration. Using the source and destination given for an email, it is possible to automatically generate a header and/or a footer, which can be activated or deactivated for defined periods of time.
Multilingual text appendices for different domains, input of individual text components by different departments and of course, legal statements with a standard exclusion of liability are major features in iQ.Suite Trailer. However, should there be details in the trailer which cannot be supplied by the sender, such as a cell phone number for example, it is possible that some lines will contain only the designation and no content.
Read here about the options you have for adapting your signature details to your requirements and for avoiding empty lines.
8. Exchange/SMTP corner: iQ.Suite Crypt and global key mapping
Confidentiality and integrity in the email system are crucial factors in helping the sender and the recipient of an email to comply with important data protection requirements. With its flexible rules, iQ.Suite Crypt allows company-wide encryption guidelines to be defined at one central location.
Individual keys/certificates belonging to the recipient can be used for encryption with iQ.Suite Crypt, as can group or corporate keys. Key mapping is required when group or corporate keys are used.
The following describes how to set these up for global use.
