iQ.Suite for Domino License Activation
You have received an e-mail with a license key for your iQ.Suite.
Please proceed as follows to activate this license:
- iQ.Suite must be installed!
- Copy the license key (the "toolkit.lic" file attached to the e-mail) to the directory "[Your_drive]:LotusDominoData[your_iQ.Suite_program_directory]".
- Restart your Domino server.
Your iQ.Suite does not work properly although the license has been activated?
In this case, please check if your iQ.Suite version matches the license key. To do so, proceed as follows:
- Make a backup copy of the "toolkit.lic" file.
- Open the original e-mail attachment file "toolkit.lic" using Notepad or any other editor.
- Check the entries under "Platform", "Release" and "Domain". These entries must correspond to your operating system, your iQ.Suite version and your domain respectively. Attention: If the license file is modified in any way, iQ.Suite will not work any more!
