Short biography:
(Born 1968) since August 2000 member of the Management Board of GROUP Technologies AG. Ernst is responsible for Finance, Administration and Personnel. As an industrial engineer focussing on management and finance, Ernst was employed at IBM Corporation in Mainz and San José (USA) and then at Seagram Deutschland GmbH. Ernst then moved to corporate management for the Gesellschaft für Zahlungssysteme mbH (GZS). At GZS, for three years up to 2000, he was entrusted with management responsibilities such as corporate planning and control. Ernst was also on the Managing Board for GAP AG für GSM Applikationen und Produkte. As a member of the Management Board, Ernst is responsible for the e-Banking business sector of the subsidiary eb.VOKUS Software GmbH as well as the CRM sector within the corporate group. Ernst has extensive knowledge both national and international in the sectors finance and mergers and acquisitions.
